Mpumalanga

The Ndzundza Kingdom under King Mabhogo Mahlangu fought with the Boers after he was accused of cattle-rustling in 1860. He defied repeated summons by the Boers. Mabhogo formed an alliance with iNkosi Maleo against the Boers in 1860-5. The inspiration of the descendants of Mabhogo lives on and inspires many youth today.
