Details of the Festival
The 2011 Festival was both a first and a best in many regards. The festival has over the years developed a well respected recognition for creating a platform for local talent and didn’t fail to deliver again.
It was also the first time that the Onkweni Business Seminar was held concurrently to the festival. The motivation for launching this initiative was for the festival not just to be about entertainment but also about empowerment. The legacy of the festival is intended to be a lasting one that reaps rewards in the lives of those who attend for years to come.
